What ECKO Vault Is

ECKO Vault is designed to reward one participant in the short term while building treasury systems that can support users and the protocol over time. It uses DeFi tools on Kaspa L2 through IGRA Network, including KASKAD, Zealous Swap, and future protocol integrations.

How WIKAS Entry Pools Work

Users enter a pool with WIKAS. Production-style pools may target larger groups, while controlled launch pools are smaller and controlled. When a pool fills, one winning entry is selected through the pool randomness process. The intended prize model pays the winner in USDC.

KASKAD Prize Funding

When a pool reaches its entry goal, the operator script calculates the USDC prize from KASKAD oracle pricing. For the current WIKAS-entry / USDC-prize path, the target prize is 30% of the USD value of the pool's WIKAS entry total, converted into USDC using KASKAD's price data.

The contract does not do price discovery. The operator script calculates the prize, borrows USDC from KASKAD, and funds the selected pool after winner selection.

KASKAD Health And Mature Pools

KASKAD uses a health-factor system to measure borrowing risk. ECKO Vault monitors health before and after prize-funding activity. A pool becomes mature when collateral value has grown enough to cover borrowed USDC and fees while preserving the intended treasury position.

Example: 100,000 WIKAS worth about $3,000 supports a $900 USDC borrow. If collateral value rises roughly 33%, the increased value may cover debt and fees, allowing treasury movement into LP exposure.

Zealous Swap And LP Direction

Mature treasury positions may be moved into treasury-managed liquidity positions on Zealous Swap. The intended direction is to collect LP rewards on a regular schedule, such as monthly, and use those rewards to support protocol operations, development, marketing, treasury reserves, and user reward systems.

Randomness And Commit-Reveal

Reliable randomness is difficult without an oracle the protocol can depend on. For controlled launch, ECKO Vault uses a commit-reveal process combined with future block data. The operator commits before the result is known, then the reveal is combined with future chain data to select the winning entry.

This is not the final randomness design. It has worked as designed in repeated dry runs, but stronger randomness remains part of the roadmap.

Refund Path

Refunds are intended for cases where a pool fails to complete or where entries become eligible for return under the pool rules. In controlled launch, pools are small and controlled. For later public use, pools that fail to fill within a predetermined timeframe may enter a refund path so eligible users can claim their WIKAS back from the app.

Review pool status before sharing transaction details publicly.
Use the app carefully and keep transaction records.
Record confusing screens, failed transactions, wallet issues, and anything that feels unsafe.

Risks And Launch Limitations

DeFi systems carry risks, including contract risk, wallet risk, liquidity risk, randomness risk, and user error. During controlled launch, approved wallets and limited resources may be used. This does not remove the need to use caution, read wallet prompts, and follow the published rules.
